Together with fellow gazelles, who is living up to the growth & profit criteria set to become a Danish business gazelle, we joined the event arranged by the business newspaper Børsen. This achievement had not been possible without a strong commitment from our Partners, our Shareholders, our Board and not the least a Team filled with a fighting spirit. Congrats and thanks to all of us!

The criterion for becoming a gazelle company is ambitious and clear: within four years, revenue or gross profit must grow by 100 per cent, or more. In 2021, there were 1958 Danish companies that succeeded. It is a tough demand, and therefore the gazelles are also a reflection of the Danish economy: if things go up, there are many gazelles; if it goes down, there are fewer who will be named Børsen Gazelle, and our company Burnblock® is one of them.
But the gazelles are a dynamic group and cannot be cut across the board – there can be many paths to gazelle status. That is why Børsen’s journalists go around the whole country to investigate what the gazelles’ growth formula is and what expectations and challenges they see for the future.
The same question fills Børsen every year:
How do you create growth? And what is the formula to keep the growth going?
Børsen Gazelle focuses on the country’s growth companies across industries, genres and sizes in the country’s five regions.
