Middelthunet consists of 330 apartments spread over three buildings near Frognerparken. In addition to a residential area of almost 25,000 square meters, the project includes approximately 2,500 square meters of retail space and a nursery. The tallest of the three buildings in Middelthunet, it extends 14 stories from ground level, with rooftop areas dedicated to both sunbathing, exercise and dining for residents.
Bare 3 AS has delivered Brann3 Exterior Cladding of Thermo Pine for this fantastic project. Their Thermo Pine cladding is fire impregnated with our Burnblock® fire-retardant which is 100% non-toxic, made only with natural substances and environmentally friendly. It was the natural choice for combining wood and fire safety. The cladding also has documented resistant properties against fire in accordance with EN16755.
