Our partners contribute to continuous research and development of all types of fire retardant products to ensure the implementation of the latest know-how in the field in the ongoing development of Burnblock fire retardant.

Danish Technological Institute

DTI assisted Burnblock in developing and testing the idea for organic fire protection of wood-based products. DTI served as sounding board for Burnblock in connection with product development and market preparation of the new fire retardant. The cooperation provided Burnblock with scientific documentation for the effect of the flame retardant.

MPA Dresden GmbH serves as a testing, inspection and certification centre, as well as a consulting engineering office for constructional, organisational and supervisory fire protection. The MPA Dresden GmbH is an exceptional, international centre of excellent in regards to fire protection.

Polish Building Research Institute

The Fire Research Department has more than four decades of experience in the field of research. The Department has received the certificate of the European Group of Organisations for Fire Testing, Inspection and Certification (EGOLF).

CE marking

The CE marking is the manufacturer’s declaration that the product meets the requirements of the applicable EC directives.

ETA Danmark

ETA-Danmark is an independent body which approves construction products and issue MK-approvals for materials and constructions and VA-approvals for water and drainage equipment.

OEKO-TEX® Association

Product certification according to s provides companies along the textile chain with an ideal tool and clear added value for their operational quality assurance. The OEKO-TEX® certificate issued by the commissioned institute or the relevant certification centre is valid for a duration of 12 months. It documents that the listed items have successfully been tested according to the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and meet the requirements for a joint product class.
